Industrial Plumbing Project Manager Location:
Dallas, TX Compensation:
Up to $150,000 DOE We are hiring a Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Project Manager with strong field and jobsite leadership experience. You will lead plumbing installations on multi-story commercial and industrial projects (up to ~$5M), ensuring safe, on-time execution and client satisfaction. Duties Plan, schedule, and execute commercial plumbing scopes Manage crews, subcontractors, and onsite coordination Oversee submittals, RFIs, budgets, and change orders Maintain quality, safety, and inspection compliance Qualifications Field-based plumbing leadership experience Proven ability leading commercial/industrial projects Commitment to safety and quality Strong communicator and problem solver Benefits Competitive salary up to $150K Vehicle allowance and gas card Full benefits + 401(k) match Long-term growth in a family-oriented culture How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
