Job Description

We are seeking a Deliverables Coordinator who is responsible for leading and supporting the production of high-quality electronic engineering and design deliverables for complex semiconductor projects. The role coordinates production activities, manages schedules, monitors performance metrics, supports CAD standards and drawing package development, and provides QA/QC oversight to ensure deliverables meet client, quality, governance, and assurance requirements. Success in this role requires strong AutoCAD and Revit experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage concurrent priorities under pressure, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset within multidisciplinary project environments. Ideal candidate will be located in Tempe, Arizona, Portland, Oregon or Pittsburg, Pennsylvania but there is geographic flexibility for well-qualified candidates located near a Jacobs US office. Key Responsibilities Coordinating, leading, or performing production of electronic deliverables. Coordinating production work that meets quality and client requirements. Monitoring and holding self and team(s) to proposal schedule. Operating independently complex work packages and ensuring alignment with program governance and assurance frameworks. Supporting complex infrastructure programs by integrating production principles into the planning and execution of engineering design deliverables. Driving high-quality outcomes through structured delivery approaches, proactive leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset, constructively challenging existing practices and applying lessons learnt. Monitoring production performance metrics, escalating risks and issues to workstream managers and driving improvement through feedback and reflection. Supports various projects, primarily in the engineering / construction industry. Prepares drawing packages, provides QA/QC, manages drawing list database, sets up CAD standards and resolves helpdesk issue Interacts with the client on CAD related issues Is part of the project team providing ongoing CAD support to designers Interacts and gets direction from the project manager Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines Works effectively under pressure and be able to handle several concurrent tasks. Strong capabilities in customer relationship systems, Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Design Software(operating): AutoCAD, Revit Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing skills. Attention to details and ability to build long-lasting business relationships Experience working with various jurisdiction permitting requirements Experience working on large design projects Visa sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications Experience of working with clients. Exposure to semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, data center, life sciences, or other technically complex facility projects.
