We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview As a Project Manager, you are the primary owner of each mitigation job—from the first phone call to the final invoice. You will handle initial loss intake, customer and adjuster communication, onsite scoping and estimating, job scheduling, and file documentation. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction, job profitability, and Restore Serve's reputation in the DFW area. This is both a customer-facing and technical role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational habits, and a deep understanding of water mitigation processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Initial Loss Intake & Dispatching 2. Initial Selling, Scoping & Estimating 3. Customer & Adjuster Coordination 4. Job Scheduling & Logistics 5. Documentation & File Quality Requirements 2-3 years of experience as a mitigation project management. Strong customer communication and sales/consultative skills. Experience with Xactimate (preferred; training available). Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations. Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to pass a background check.
