Job Description

  • Senior Project Manager
  • OR Renovation for Stryker Communications
  • Join Stryker and lead the delivery of complex healthcare construction projects that transform surgical environments.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee operating room renovations and new build projects from planning through completion, partnering with customers, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This role is ideal for a construction-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and has experience managing contractors, construction scopes, and renovation projects from demolition through final installation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Lead OR renovation and new construction projects from quote through customer sign-off.
+ Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships. + Oversee demolition, site preparation, construction activities, and installation readiness. + Coordinate contractors, architects, facility leaders, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. + Drive project planning, risk mitigation, vendor management, and customer satisfaction. + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • + Experience managing construction projects, renovations, remodels, or capital projects. + Proven success overseeing contractors, construction scopes, demolition/tear-down activities, and project execution. + Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Education & Special Trainings:
  • + B.B.A or B.S in business or related curriculum
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • + ​Preferred construction project management experience + ​​​Excellent interpersonal communication skills. + ​Excellent analytical skills. + ​Excellent organizational skills. + ​6+ of related experience required​​
  • Physical & Mental Requirements:
  • + ​Must be able to resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
+ ​Must be able to routinely make decisions which affect immediate operations and may have a division-wide effect. + ​Must be able to communicate with others in large groups and virtually. + ​Must be able to drive an automobile. + ​Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.​​​
