Job Description

With over 70 years of operating experience, Primoris Power Delivery services include engineering and design, installation and maintenance, material and equipment procurement, repair of electrical transmission, distribution, substation, wireless communication, and storm restoration. Our experience ranges from small engineering and consulting projects to multi-million-dollar turn-key distribution, substation, and transmission line programs The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for the Oncor Distribution contract, focusing on paperwork management, invoicing, and compliance tracking. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely processing of invoices, and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including work orders, permits, and compliance forms. Ensure all paperwork meets contractual and regulatory requirements.
Invoicing & Financial Support:
Verify billing accuracy against project budgets and approved work orders. Assist with resolving discrepancies and coordinating approvals.
Coordination & Communication:
Serve as a liaison between project managers, field teams, and client representatives. Maintain clear communication on project status, billing cycles, and documentation needs.
Reporting & Tracking:
Update project trackers and databases for overhead and underground distribution work. Generate periodic reports on invoicing status, outstanding paperwork, and compliance metrics.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to Oncor standards and company policies. Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation.
Qualifications Education:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or related field.
Experience:
2+ years in project coordination, administrative support, or billing/invoicing roles. Experience with utility or construction projects preferred.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
