Assistant Project Manager Southern Pro Roofing & Construction Edinburg, TX Job Details Full-time $48,359.41 - $58,239.28 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Teamwork English Driver's License Attention to detail Construction document control Full Job Description Assistant Project Manager (Field) Southern Pro Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Field) to support roofing, restoration, and insurance-related construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a fast-growing company, with the potential to advance into a Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project coordination and field operations Conduct site visits, inspections, and project documentation Support roofing, restoration, and insurance claim-related projects Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation Assist with scheduling, material coordination, and project follow-up Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and hands-on field support when necessary Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
Qualifications:
Experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or related trades preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Familiarity with construction management software is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when required Ability to operate basic power tools safely Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
