Job Description

Overview Wright & Dalbin Architects, Inc. has an immediate full-time opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager with experience leading architectural projects from design through construction administration. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate project teams, clients, consultants, and documentation throughout all phases of work.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously through various phases of development
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants, and client communication to support project delivery goals
  • Oversee preparation of project designs, construction documents, and supporting materials using BIM software
  • Prepare and review project-related documents including meeting minutes, specifications, agency applications, and general correspondence
  • Coordinate consultant information and integrate project updates into Revit models and documentation
  • Support construction administration activities, including processing submittals, RFIs, and documenting site observations
  • Research building systems, materials, assemblies, and applicable codes to support project development
  • Attend client, consultant, and internal meetings and assist with follow-up coordination
  • Prepare presentation materials and assist with project deliverables as needed
  • Some travel to construction sites and client meetings may be required
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in architecture
  • 5-10 years of architectural experience, preferably with project coordination or project management responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to review redlines and coordinate updates to Revit models and project documents accurately
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, consultant coordination, and project documentation workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical ability to research and apply building codes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Pay:
From $67,000.00 per year
