Job Description

Administrator (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist Project Manager in all aspects of projects Manage purchasing, equipment rental, vendor scheduling, material handling, document control & administrative staff as needed for each project. Plan, prepare, organize and maintain reports and documentation for project Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects in consultation with Project Manager Plan, organize and act as the company representative pertaining to project documentation (photos, MTRs, sign-ins, JSAs, Daily Reports, equipment records, etc.) Act as a liaison between Spartan and client, subcontractors and vendors on active projects. Monitoring daily time entry and production reporting for field crews Coordination of client billing/maintain client relations Contract and change order administration in Foundation software. Various reports, tasks, and additional duties as assigned Provide support and assist Safety Coordinator Equipment Tracking Travel Required - Project to
