This role partners with operations and leadership teams to analyze performance, improve processes, and support the deployment of global strategies and tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Performance & AnalyticsAnalyze district operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistencyReview data trends, reporting tools, and operational metrics to support decision-makingIdentify process gaps through observation, process mapping, and data analysisProcess Improvement & QualityMap and review operational processes across products to drive standardizationLead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) initiativesPromote adherence to Operational Performance Standards and quality programsTechnology & DeploymentSupport rollout and adoption of company systems and tools within the districtMonitor usage of digital tools and drive adoption across departmentsAct as a subject matter expert for operational systems and process improvementsTraining & Stakeholder EngagementDeliver training on Business Process fundamentals and operational standardsCollaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to drive improvement initiativesParticipate in daily operations and cross-functional meetings to support alignment QualificationsExperience2+ years of operations or logistics experience preferredExperience in process improvement, analytics, or quality programs is a plusSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to map processes and identify efficiency opportunitiesEffective communication and presentation skills across all levelsExperience with Microsoft Office; Power BI, SharePoint, or Visio preferredBehavioral CompetenciesInfluences others and promotes change across the organizationDemonstrates a strong pursuit of excellence and continuous improvementActs as a subject matter expert in operational processes
