Job Description
Job purpose Project managers ensure that projects are manufactured on time and delivered exceeding customer expectations. They evaluate, plan, coordinate and execute the team's efforts, as well as communicate with the client to ensure the effective development of the project. Duties and responsabilities . Communication with sales department to acquire initial project information . Communicate with the client to obtain project details. .Coordinate and direct the team, making detailed plans to accomplish goals . Develop a detailed project timeline and track progress. . Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and evaluate the viability of projects . Direct, review and approve product design and changes in conjunction with the customer . Maintain communication with customer, production, and assembly personnel to discuss project specifications, deliverables, and estimated project completion time. . Control project budgets. . Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients and/or management in extraordinary project situations . Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates relevant to the project. . Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions on the purchase of materials/services. . Adequate financial monitoring of the project . Perform marketing activities as needed Preferred Degree in engineering or business administration Bilingual in English and Spanish.
