Job Description

Join a well-established construction and insurance restoration company as a Project Manager / Salesman in El Paso, TX, where you can combine sales, estimating, customer service, and project management into one high-impact role. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated rainmaker to generate business, manage projects from start to finish, and grow with a company known for roofing, restoration, daily insurance claims, and preferred vendor relationships with over 50 insurance companies. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager / Salesman position include: Strong sales ability with excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Experience using Xactimate required; roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience preferred Generate and close residential and commercial roofing/construction projects Develop relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and referral partners Conduct property inspections, assist customers through the insurance claims process, and prepare estimates Manage projects from contract signing through completion while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction Coordinate with office staff, schedulers, subcontractors, crews, suppliers, deliveries, and inspections Maintain accurate job documentation, upload required insurance/TPA portal documentation, and assist with collections

Salary:

$750 weekly base pay plus commission, commensurate with experience.
