This role is perfect for someone who's self-motivated, confident with customers, and wants to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and perform on-site estimates Create and send detailed proposals Close residential fence jobs Coordinate with office and subcontractors for smooth project execution Oversee project quality and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain updates in CRM with notes, photos, and job status
Requirements:
Sales experience in fencing, construction, or home services Reliable vehicle (optional) and valid driver's license Strong communication and follow-up skills Able to read property lines and understand basic construction plans
