The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong electrical construction experience who can effectively manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field personnel. Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and financial performance. Review and negotiate change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support field supervisors and foremen with project execution and problem-solving. Procure materials and equipment to meet project timelines. Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future business. Qualifications 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience. Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical construction background. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contracts. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Electrical field experience is highly preferred.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
