Description:
The Project Management Planning & Operations Representative works within the F 35 Deputy Program Management Office to execute high-impact program events and drive business rhythm optimization. The successful candidate will lead multiple, overlapping project plans, synchronize key milestones, and ensure that day to day operations align with long term strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
    Event Planning and Coordination:
    Works closely with senior staff tofacilitate complex engagements,oversee logistics,manage stakeholder relationships,andensure adherence to protocol standards
      Drive Business Rhythms:
      Coordinate recurring program cadences and resulting deliverables (program reviews, integration meetings, periodic reporting at multiple levels) and ensure that all participants are enabled through timely and accurate information
        Synchronize Stakeholder Activities:
        Liaise with functions, customers and contractor partners across the F-35 portfolio to align deliverables, resolve challenges, and keep the programs in sync
          Process Improvement:
          Identify bottlenecks in planning or execution, recommend streamlined workflows, and help implement best practice procedures that enhance efficiency and predictability
          Basic Qualifications:
          • Experience collaborating across multiple organizations, locations, and leadership levels
          • Experience communicating with executive leadership and senior level customers
          • Experience in Program /
          Project Management Desired Skills:
          • Experience managing executive level visits, workshops, reviews and employee engagement events
          • Exceptional attention to detail that consistently drives successful results
          • Experience preparing detailed action plans and managing multifaceted projects
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication experience with executive level leaders
          • Exhibited proactive approach to problem solving and execution
          • Knowledge of F-35 platform and organizational structure is a plus

          Work Remotely:
          Part-time Remote Telework:
          The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
          Work Schedules:
          Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this
