Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX within the residential and commercial construction industry. This role is ideal for a construction professional who can lead projects from planning through completion while keeping schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client expectations on track. The Project Manager will play a key leadership role in coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and working in a team-focused construction environment with supportive leadership, clear communication, and opportunities for long-term career growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on construction project management experience, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role means delivering projects efficiently, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring work is completed to high standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Coordinate daily project activities with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal leadership.
  • Review project plans, schedules, scopes of work, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and job progress documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, material needs, labor coordination, and schedule updates to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Lead project meetings, communicate project status, and provide clear updates to stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Support a safe, organized, and productive jobsite environment while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
