This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate diverse teams, manage complex schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, technical expertise in project scheduling and estimating, and a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision. As a key leader on our team, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders and adherence to safety and quality standards. Duties Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and specifications. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify accuracy and feasibility before project execution. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards while managing site logistics efficiently. Utilize tools like Civil 3D and Bluebeam for accurate plan review, markup, and documentation management. Track project costs through construction estimating techniques and manage change orders effectively. Facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth project flow from start to finish. Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including schedules, contracts, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Ensure timely completion of all project phases by applying expert time management skills and prioritizing tasks effectively. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and ProCore. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration. Proven ability in project scheduling, coordination, and overall construction management. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Solid understanding of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in the field. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with heavy civil or infrastructure projects is a plus; experience in civil engineering or related fields is highly valued. Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet tight deadlines efficiently.
