Implementation project manager with payment domain

Lead end-to-end delivery of payment programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Drive delivery governance including status reporting, risk management, and compliance tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations) for seamless execution Manage stakeholders, provide regular updates, and ensure expectation alignment Oversee implementation of payment solutions (e.g., ACH, Wire, RTP, Cards, SWIFT, etc.) Identify risks/issues and proactively implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and organizational standards Continuously improve delivery processes and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management Strong domain expertise in Payments (Retail, Corporate, or Digital Payments) Proven experience in delivery management, governance, and implementation Hands-on experience with payment systems and platforms Strong planning, execution, and organizational skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
