Flexible About The Cannon Team The Cannon Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in DFW, helping hundreds of homeowners successfully prepare, market, and sell their homes each year. We are seeking a Listing Readiness Coordinator to help homeowners prepare their properties for photography, showings, open houses, and market launch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for presentation and organization, and understands how small details can make a significant impact on a buyer's first impression. This is not a traditional furniture staging position. Our approach focuses on maximizing a home's appeal using the homeowner's existing furnishings and décor to create warm, inviting, and functional spaces that photograph beautifully and resonate with buyers. What You'll Do Conduct in-home listing readiness consultations Provide recommendations for decluttering, organization, and presentation Help homeowners define room purpose and functionality Optimize furniture placement and traffic flow Prepare homes for professional photography and marketing Assist with final presentation touches prior to photography appointments Communicate professionally with homeowners, agents, photographers, and the Listing Team Help ensure listings meet The Cannon Team's presentation standards before going live Who We're Looking For Strong eye for design, presentation, and detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and manage multiple appointments Comfortable working directly with homeowners Reliable transportation throughout the DFW Metroplex Experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, real estate, hospitality, model homes, or related fields is preferred but not required What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You naturally notice details others miss You enjoy helping people prepare their homes for an important milestone You can confidently make recommendations while maintaining a positive client experience You are organized, dependable, and self-motivated You understand that presentation directly impacts marketability Position Details Independent Contractor (1099) Flexible scheduling Compensation based on consultations and projects completed Opportunity for consistent work with a high-volume real estate team To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction explaining why you would be a great fit for this role. Pay:
