This management-level role is ideal for a construction professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the design and construction process, and the ability to manage projects from early estimating and permitting through final closeout. The Project Manager will oversee commercial, office, and residential construction projects while leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. This is a strong opportunity for a results-driven construction leader who enjoys client interaction, business development, field coordination, and building long-term relationships in a collaborative, professional environment. The right candidate will join a team-focused setting that values accountability, integrity, safety, quality workmanship, and proactive communication. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful construction projects, work with experienced industry professionals, and contribute to continued growth through strong project execution and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, proposals, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, design coordination, construction execution, and closeout. Track project costs, manage job cost accounting, control schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, field superintendents, labor teams, and government authorities to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project standards. Lead project meetings, assign responsibilities, communicate expectations, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support business development by building client relationships, attending industry functions, expanding professional networks, and promoting company visibility.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$125,000 to $160,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity.
