Job Description

Project Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of contract packaging and production projects. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, monitoring project progress, communicating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time. The Project Coordinator will work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams while maintaining accurate project documentation and system updates. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple production and packaging projects from start to finish Conduct daily project status meetings and communicate priorities to team members Work closely with warehouse and production teams to track schedules, inventory, shipping, and receiving activities Serve as the main point of contact for customer updates and project communication Maintain project documentation, reports, and records within company systems Monitor timelines and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays Assist with inventory-related activities including cycle counts and inventory tracking Support quality standards and help resolve project issues as they arise Prepare reports and provide updates to leadership regarding project status Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, production, or related environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and project documentation effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems preferred Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
