Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of directly related project management experience Experience managing projects within water treatment or semiconductor wafer fabrication environments (UPW/WWT experience is a plus) Strong understanding of project execution processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously (both onsite and remotely) Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of overcoming project challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiation Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join their project execution team. This individual will play a key role in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered in alignment with customer requirements, company procedures, project margins, and committed timelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about water treatment and wants to contribute to transforming how the world views and manages its most critical resource.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare all project-related documentation, including budgets, procurement plans, material requisitions, schedules, and manpower plans Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met across purchasing, fabrication, construction, inspection, and project start-up Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding project timelines, updates, and any issues Schedule and lead project review meetings, focusing on scope, cost, construction progress, and timelines Provide regular project status updates to leadership while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare material requisitions for project buyout Manage and review change order requests Support additional project-related tasks as needed
