Negotiation Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to inspect new jobs and gain scope of work including required subcontractors Responsible to create a new loss call sheet and inspection report Responsible to photograph of job site/areas to gain job scope for crew and estimate per company standards Responsible to update PSA with all needed claim information Responsible to review job scope to determine material and labor requirements Responsible to prepares estimates in Xactimate Software, including new job estimates, supplemental on existing jobs, completed jobs based on T&M. Responsible to follow up with adjuster on approval of new estimates/jobs Responsible to communicate with insured scope and job process Responsible to obtain Work Authorization to begin services Responsible to obtain any needed releases from insured Schedule jobs (Packout, Packback, Cleaning, TLI, etc.) with necessary party per claim (insured, adjuster, contractor, etc.). Schedule team on PSA Prepare work orders for jobs. Order/coordinate sub-contractors (storage containers, piano, pool table, textiles, etc.) Answer any questions homeowner might have about the process. Any questions about pack back, TLI, or repairs of lost or broken items. Continually communicate job status to the contractor and adjuster. Assist team with day to day questions pertaining to job Job cost analysis-prior to start (based on estimate) iCat inventory review, administration and distribution per company standard Review job associated paperwork Employee attendance tracking and record keeping< Resolve breakage issues Approve subcontractor invoices and submit to AP Process time sheets and work orders for estimator Prepare a job cost analysis for all jobs Submit final job cost to
