Job Description
Digital Operations Manager Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are seeking a detail-driven and operationally minded Digital Operations Manager to lead and evolve our digital workflows, data systems, and operational processes across multiple divisions. This role will oversee the Digital Operations Assistant and serve as the driving force behind improving data integrity, workflow consistency, and field-to-office visibility across the organization. You'll combine leadership, process improvement, and hands-on technical work to build systems our teams can actually trust - leveraging tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 to create structured, scalable solutions that work in real-world field and office environments. A key initiative already underway is the transition from field laptops to iPad and mobile-based workflows. This role will play a central part in making that transition practical and sustainable across all divisions. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support
- Supervise and mentor the Digital Operations Assistant
- Provide direction, training, and performance feedback
- Prioritize workload and ensure timely support for internal teams Digital Systems & Automation
- Establish and enforce master data standards across employee, equipment, vendor, and job records
- Build controlled inputs, validated fields, and structured entry processes that eliminate inconsistency at the source
- Audit existing data across systems to identify duplicate records, gaps, and conflicts
- Create validation rules that catch errors at the point of entry - not after the fact
- Develop and maintain a single source of truth that all reporting and systems feed from Digital Systems & Automation
- Lead the development and maintenance of Power Apps and automated workflows
- Design and optimize systems supporting payroll, purchasing, and operations
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Support the transition to mobile and iPad-based workflows for field personnel Operational Support & Oversight
- Oversee digital payroll and purchase order processes for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure data integrity across all systems through ongoing validation and reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical or workflow issues Continuous Improvement
- Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data gaps
- Partner with leadership to recommend and implement practical solutions
- Drive adoption of digital tools and standardized processes across office and field staff Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, technology, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, systems, or process improvement roles
- Demonstrated experience with data validation, data governance, or master data management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both field personnel and office leadership Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting payroll or purchasing systems
- Background in construction, utilities, field operations, or similar industries
- Experience developing or supporting mobile and tablet-based field workflows
