WHAT YOU'LL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Meet homeowners from company-provided leads and perform roof inspections Identify storm, hail, and wind damage and build the insurance claim file Guide homeowners through the full insurance claim process Attend adjuster appointments and advocate for the homeowner on scope and pricing Sign contracts and manage projects from approval through final inspection Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout production Coordinate with production crews to ensure quality and timeline Build long-term referral relationships in your territory ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1+ year of experience in sales, project coordination, or field management (roofing, construction, solar, HVAC, plumbing, home improvement, or any field service) Highly organized — able to manage multiple projects and homeowners simultaneously Strong communicator — comfortable with homeowners, adjusters, and crews Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without being micromanaged Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Comfortable working outdoors and accessing rooftops (full training provided) Must be able to pass a background check Prior roofing or insurance claim experience is a strong plus — not required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — not required ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
