This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can guide multiple projects from planning through document completion while balancing schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The role works closely with design, engineering, and operations partners to keep teams aligned, resolve issues proactively, and maintain consistent project standards.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to keep project activities moving efficiently and on schedule. Oversee several active assignments at once, ensuring deliverables meet budget targets, quality expectations, and established timelines. Partner with design and engineering stakeholders to review concepts, evaluate options, and support development of new styles and architectural details. Contribute to project documentation for new construction, lot-specific updates, and drawing revisions with accuracy and consistency. Interpret applicable construction codes and apply relevant standards throughout the course of each project. Gather, organize, and maintain project information so teams can make informed decisions and progress work effectively. Support operational initiatives related to new technology exploration and early-stage planning when needed. Encourage knowledge sharing across the team by communicating lessons learned, practical solutions, and process improvements. Help strengthen workflows and governance by identifying obstacles, suggesting refinements, and supporting standard procedure development. Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects to successful completion. Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail. Working knowledge of construction documentation, quality control practices, and applicable building codes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for tracking data, organizing information, and supporting project communication. Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and operations partners in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and problem-solving ability when evaluating project information and responding to changing needs. Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas in an organized and thorough manner. Familiarity with budget processes, procedural standards, and continuous improvement practices within project-driven work.
