$125,000 - $160,000We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our most critical ground-up construction projects from award through closeout. You'll set the benchmark for project delivery-guiding Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, building trusted client relationships, driving subcontractor performance, and ensuring every project meets our standards for schedule, budget, safety, and quality. If you're a proven leader who develops high-performing teams and consistently delivers results, this role is for you.

What You'll DoLead OAC meetings and resolve complex subcontractor challenges to maintain project momentumMentor and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, supporting their long-term growthManage project buyout immediately after award, securing subcontractors and suppliers efficientlyBuild and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiativesDevelop milestone schedules and coordinate permitting, SWPPP, geotechnical reports, and other preconstruction requirementsDrive value-engineering efforts to improve cost efficiency and project performanceConduct safety inspections and ensure all subcontractor compliance documentation is current and accurateWhat You'll Bring7+ years of experience in ground-up constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredDemonstrated success as a Project Manager in the construction industryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with project management software and digital toolsProven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate project teamsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCommitment to maintaining high safety and compliance standards
