Duties include:
Coordinate and manage permitting processes for residential and commercial projects, including preparation, submission, and tracking of zoning and building permit applications across multiple jurisdictions. Interface with local, state, and municipal agencies to facilitate permit approvals and ensure compliance with applicable zoning ordinances, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Analyze permitting requirements and timelines across various jurisdictions to support project planning and execution. Develop and maintain internal systems to track permit status, regulatory approvals, and compliance milestones. Support project teams by coordinating documentation required for permit applications, including architectural and engineering plans. Conduct operational analysis to identify inefficiencies in permitting workflows and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and administrative staff to ensure timely submission and approval of permits. Prepare reports and documentation related to permitting status, regulatory compliance, and project progress. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws and standards. Support overall business operations through coordination of project timelines, resource allocation, and administrative processes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Science, Engineering-related, or similar) 24 months of experience in business operations, project coordination, or related field Special Skills / Requirements Minimum 24 months of experience coordinating permitting processes, including preparation and management of zoning and building permit applications Experience supporting projects involving regulatory compliance and coordination with governmental agencies Familiarity with permitting requirements across multiple jurisdictions within the United States Experience analyzing operational workflows and improving process efficiency Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between technical teams and regulatory agenciesPay:
