Job Description One of our clients, a large commercial title company, is looking for a project manager to join their team to help coordinate their growing portfolio of energy and infrastructure projects. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing multiple transactions simultaneously and ensuring all title deliverables, including commitments, policies, and all closing documents are completed efficiently and accurately by their team of project coordinators. This candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and be energized by working on a collaborative team that emphasizes support and continuous improvement.. Candidates should be seeking an annual base salary of $80,000-$90,000.   • Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating all aspects of title services for energy and infrastructure transactions, building long lasting relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of title commitments, policies, and related documents.
  • Collaborate with underwriting counsel, escrow officers, and other internal teams to address title issues, resolve challenges, and meet project milestones.
  • Review title commitments, surveys, and closing documents to identify and address potential risks or discrepancies. (objection letters, proformas, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards throughout the transaction process.
Experience supporting title transactions within the energy industry (Solar Farms, Wind Farms, O&G, Refineries) Ability to bring an existing book of business within the commercial energy title space
