We are looking for a driven and experienced Flooring Project Manager who can lead projects from start to finish while helping shape the future growth and direction of the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, understands flooring installation processes, and wants to play a major role in building a strong, scalable operation. Position Overview The Flooring Project Manager will oversee flooring projects throughout all phases of execution. This person will be responsible for managing installers, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining schedules, reviewing takeoffs and estimates, and making sure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Beyond project oversight, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the company's long-term growth by improving systems, strengthening team accountability, and helping guide the company in the right direction operationally and strategically. ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight Manage flooring projects from start to completion Coordinate schedules, materials, crews, and timelines Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule Conduct site visits and inspections to verify quality standards Communicate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal staff Installer & Crew Management Ensure installers arrive on time and complete work as scheduled Hold crews accountable for workmanship and professionalism Verify installations are completed according to plans, takeoffs, and estimates Address jobsite issues quickly and efficiently Maintain strong communication with subcontractors and field teams Quality Control Inspect completed work to ensure company standards are met Identify and correct installation issues before project completion Ensure safety procedures and jobsite expectations are followed Monitor punch lists and final walkthroughs Operational Leadership Review project takeoffs, measurements, and estimates for accuracy Improve workflows, systems, and job tracking processes Help build and strengthen company operations Contribute ideas for growth, efficiency, and long-term success Support leadership in moving the company in the right strategic direction Qualifications Experience in flooring, construction, or project management required Strong understanding of flooring installation methods and materials Ability to read plans, takeoffs, and estimates Leadership experience managing crews or subcontractors Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments Professional attitude with strong accountability standards Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential and/or commercial flooring projects Knowledge of scheduling and project management software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth and leadership within the company Performance-based bonuses Supportive and growth-focused team environment Opportunity to help shape the future direction of the company Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: A strong leader who can hold crews accountable Detail-oriented and quality-driven Motivated to grow with the company long term Passionate about building systems and improving operations Invested in helping lead the company toward future success How to Apply Please send your resume and relevant experience to: We look forward to finding someone who wants to grow with us and help build something great.
