This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance community infrastructure. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of lift station construction projects from inception through completion Develop detailed project schedules utilizing project management software to ensure timely delivery Oversee project budgets, estimates, and cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating tools Manage subcontractors and vendors by reviewing contracts, scope of work, and ensuring compliance with project specifications Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities, safety compliance, and quality standards Collaborate with engineering teams on schematics, design modifications, and technical problem-solving Prepare comprehensive reports including progress updates, change orders, and risk assessments for stakeholders Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout project lifecycle Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment Skills Proven experience in construction management with a focus on lift stations or similar infrastructure projects Skilled in construction estimating to develop accurate budgets Expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil engineering drawings (Civil 3D) Familiarity with construction management software for project documentation and tracking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills Knowledge of contracts administration and negotiation to ensure clear scope definition and compliance Experience in project coordination within a construction site environment with a focus on safety and quality control Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients Technical understanding of schematics related to lift station systems and infrastructure components Join us as a Lift Stations Project Manager to lead impactful projects that improve infrastructure resilience.
