Job Description

Project Engineer / Project Manager needed to manage technical project execution, facility design coordination, project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and customer-facing project communication. Job Requirements Engineering degree from a U.S.-based school required Degree may be in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering discipline Experience with engineering design and specifications Understanding of P&IDs and PFDs Facility design experience Microsoft Project experience for scheduling and budgeting Experience monitoring and maintaining project cost control documentation Strong project documentation experience Experience identifying and closing project action items Experience leading project reviews and meetings Ability to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal project teams Preferred Skills Experience with design reviews Experience with Process Hazard Analysis meetings Experience leading weekly project meetings Experience taking and reviewing project meeting minutes Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering project teams Experience managing project schedules, budgets, action items, and technical documentation Experience in customer-facing engineering or project management roles Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal project teams Manage technical project execution from design through project closeout Review and interpret engineering design documents, specifications, P&IDs, and PFDs Support facility design planning and coordination Build and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Support project budgeting and cost tracking Monitor and maintain project cost control documentation Identify, track, and promote closure of project action items Attend and lead project reviews and meetings Lead design reviews, Process Hazard Analysis meetings, weekly meetings, and related project discussions Take or review meeting minutes from project meetings Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with internal project teams to support technical execution, schedule alignment, and project deliverables
