Job Description

Job Description A large Utilities Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Change Manager in governing the dual maintenance and retrofit process during the JDE On-Prem to OCI migration. They will be driving project tracking, coordination, and communication across multiple workstreams. This individual will maintain project plans, trackers, and task logs; monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely delivery. The role also involves compiling status reports and dashboards, drafting communications, coordinating meetings and action items, and maintaining project documentation, time tracking, and access requests. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills - no specific ERP or cloud migration experience required.
