Duties:
Manage Ciscos new Unified Computing System Rack and Blade Servers across various business units from new product development to mas production launch; own all aspects of new Rack and Blade server introductions and prototype builds from validating BOM (Bill of Materials) structures, reviewing assembly SOPs, testing plans and CUP to approving and implementing H/W and S/W ECO and Deviations; analyze test and production line capacities or constraints with engineers to reduce bottlenecks and achieve best line balance and efficiencies.
