Job Description

Job Description We're looking for an Entry‑Level Construction Project Manager to support field and office operations within our power distribution division. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership position in utility construction. You'll work closely with senior project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and utility partners to help deliver safe, high‑quality distribution projects on time and within scope. This position follows a 4×10 schedule (four 10‑hour days), offering long weekends and a consistent work rhythm. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and field crews Assist with planning, budgeting, and tracking project progress Support material procurement, vendor coordination, and jobsite logistics Conduct site walks, safety observations, and quality checks Maintain project documentation, reports, and as‑built records Communicate with utility clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Help ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and company procedures Support outage planning, switching coordination, and energized work protocols (training provided) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
