Job Description

Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for supporting construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires experience with underground utility construction and involves coordinating teams, managing timelines, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage construction projects start to finish (ALL underground utility work)
  • Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and running safely
  • Primavera, P6, Excel exp.
  • Coordinate with
SELF-PERFORMED
crews
  • Support planning for scope, timelines, and manpower needs
  • Track progress and help report updates to the team/client
  • Help order materials, equipment, and labor as needed
  • Run/assist with job site and project update meetings

  • 5-8 years of project management experience in construction (transmission, substation, distribution, or EPC)
  • Experience managing large projects ($10M-$20M+) from start to finish
  • Has led teams and helped mentor junior PMs or field staff
  • Hands-on experience with underground utility construction
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting civil, structural, and electrical plans and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in Primavera for project scheduling.
Familiar with
OSHA, NEC, NFPA
70E, and other applicable safety and construction regulations.
