Project Manager - Client Facing

We are seeking two Senior Project Managers to lead and coordinate high-impact software and technology projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with IT leadership and various business stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met and driving value across diverse technology domains. You will leverage your project management expertise to navigate complexities while fostering teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring all phases from initiation to implementation are executed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and compliance to facilitate alignment and communication. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource organization and budget monitoring, to ensure project milestones are met. Identify project dependencies and risks, making necessary adjustments to resources and priorities to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects, with a strong background in enterprise applications and infrastructure upgrades. Proven track record of leading projects through the full lifecycle, including RFP development and user acceptance testing. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in budget management and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
