They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional exhibition projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams to bring creative ideas to life while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What You'll Do Manage exhibition projects from planning through installation and breakdown Collaborate with design, production, digital, and technical teams Coordinate suppliers, venues, contractors, and stakeholders Lead client communications and project meetings Oversee budgets, timelines, print production, and logistics Resolve challenges proactively and keep projects moving smoothly Support business growth through outstanding client service What They're Looking For Strong experience delivering exhibitions and events across the USA and Canada Background in exhibitions, events, or creative agencies Excellent project management and client relationship skills Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and suppliers Knowledge of exhibition technologies and interactive experiences A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Experience managing large-scale projects, often exceeding $750,000 What They Offer The opportunity to work on exciting global projects with award-winning creative and digital teams Travel opportunities across North America A supportive, collaborative culture Career development and progression opportunities Flexible working arrangements Competitive salary and benefits package If you're passionate about delivering outstanding experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
