We are looking for someone that understands urgency, customer service, insurance related work, and how to keep projects moving from mitigation to rebuild while managing customers, vendors, crews, and timelines. This is a fast paced position that requires communication, leadership, organization, and the ability to problem solve in real time.
We specialize in:
Water mitigation Emergency dry outs Residential insurance restoration Multi family restoration and rebuilds Interior and exterior renovations Storm damage restoration Fire and smoke damage cleanup Sheetrock, texture, paint, and flooring repairs CapEx projects Carpet cleaning Air duct cleaning Biohazard cleanup Full reconstruction services We work with homeowners, property management companies, builders, commercial properties, and multi family communities throughout DFW and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and regional managers Schedule mitigation, repairs, inspections, rebuilds, and follow up work Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule Upload photos, notes, scopes, and documentation into company systems Handle customer concerns professionally and quickly Ensure work is completed correctly and customers are satisfied Assist with emergency response situations during storms and water losses Work closely with operations, sales, and field teams Requirements Experience in restoration, reconstruction, or multi family construction preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Experience with Xactimate, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, or similar software is a plus Valid driver's license Self motivated and dependable Ability to work in a fast paced environment Must know how to problem solve and take ownership of projects What We're Looking For We want someone that takes pride in helping customers through difficult situations while keeping projects organized, profitable, and running smoothly.
