We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Hyperscale Data Center construction projects across Texas. The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers and site leadership teams with project administration, scheduling coordination, document control, reporting, and communication across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced construction environments, possesses strong organizational skills, and has experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects. This role is critical to maintaining project efficiency, compliance, and communication throughout all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers and construction teams with daily project coordination activities. Maintain project documentation, logs, reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and change order tracking. Coordinate scheduling updates, manpower reporting, and project progress tracking. Assist with onboarding contractors, vendors, and site personnel. Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and corporate stakeholders. Track procurement status, equipment deliveries, and material schedules. Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and status updates. Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and cost documentation. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project-related travel logistics when required. Ensure documentation complies with Hyperscale standards, project procedures, and quality requirements. Support safety compliance initiatives and maintain site records. Assist with closeout documentation and turnover packages at project completion. Required Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred. 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or project support experience. Experience supporting construction, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced construction environments. Ability to travel to project sites throughout Texas as needed. Preferred Experience Previous experience supporting Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, or other hyperscale data center projects. Familiarity with construction documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, and change management. Understanding of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure environments. Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and field teams.
