Customer Engagement (CE) Legacy Operations/Support Stack D365 Field Service (CE) A 5 6 week Discovery phase will begin mid-March, during which the client and Systems Integrator will finalize the implementation roadmap, milestones, and detailed timelines. The projected delivery timeline is 9 12 months , subject to refinement following Discovery. Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE). Proven experience leading ERP and CRM migration or modernization initiatives. Strong experience coordinating across business units, technical teams, and external Systems Integrators. Solid understanding of full implementation lifecycle: Discovery Design Build Testing Deployment Hypercare Strong knowledge of data migration, integrations, and cross-platform dependencies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience managing aggressive timelines and delivering large-scale transformation programs. Others Qualifications Experience managing multi-phase rollouts or staged go-live strategies. Hands-on experience with D365 Field Service implementations. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (preferred).
