Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Financial Project Manager opportunities in Irving, TX(Remote Role). - Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive focus on high-priority business capabilities while managing scope creep through a structured and strategic approach.
- Oversee the successful implementation of transformation and technology initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure alignment with delivery expectations, quality standards, and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across teams and leadership levels.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and updates.
- Facilitate Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and executive reviews.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, artifacts, and governance frameworks.
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
- Ensure cost efficiency across the project lifecycle.
- Guide business stakeholders in prioritization to maximize value delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Address issues that may impact delivery, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in program/project management.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) certification is a plus What's in this Financial Project Manager position for you?
