Job Description We're seeking an Implementation Specialist for one of our largest distributors to help deploy Warehouse Management Software across their nationwide locations. This individual will work closely with the IT development and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, contributing meaningfully to our fast-paced, collaborative team. 1-2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, data analysis, training and development, or any kind of software/product implementation
Proven ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to be onsite 5 days a week
Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites across the country
Background in education or nonprofit sectors
Exposure to QA or project management work
Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
