This position is responsible for supervising field operations, managing installation crews, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring project quality, and maintaining project schedules from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong field experience in residential landscaping and outdoor construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects running efficiently while delivering exceptional results for homeowners. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for residential landscape construction projects Lead and manage landscape installation crews and subcontractors Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, equipment, and manpower Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to company quality standards Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and construction drawings Oversee installation of landscaping, irrigation, drainage, lighting, hardscape, and outdoor living features Conduct regular site inspections and address field issues promptly Communicate project progress and updates with project managers, designers, and clients Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety procedures Track labor hours, materials, and job progress Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Assist with training and developing field employees Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project completion Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential landscape construction or outdoor construction supervision Strong knowledge of landscape installation, irrigation, drainage, grading, and hardscape construction Experience supervising field crews and subcontractors Ability to read construction plans and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must Have Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be eligible to work in the United States Required Skills Field Operations Management Residential Landscape Construction Crew Leadership Project Coordination Irrigation & Drainage Systems Hardscape Installation Scheduling & Logistics Quality Control Safety Compliance Problem Solving & Communication Preferred Education High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certifications in landscaping, irrigation, or construction management preferred The Perks 401K with company match Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid-Time Off Holiday Pay Recognition programs and performance bonuses Continuing education and industry involvement opportunities At Colleague, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
