Irving, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Management English Driver's License Electrical systems Plumbing HVAC Negotiation Full Job Description Overview ACTER Group USA Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to support high-tech facility projects in the United States, including semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, and advanced manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for full-cycle MEP project execution, including planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, and coordination with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities Manage MEP engineering and construction projects for high-tech facilities. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee cost control, progress tracking, and quality management. Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and suppliers. Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and technical documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Identify project risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Travel to project sites as required. Qualifications College and/or Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Construction Management. 10+ years of MEP project management experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech facilities. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and process utility systems. Proven ability to manage projects independently with strong ownership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus. Certifications & Work Authorization PE license is a plus but not required. Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
