DESCRIPTION

As a Sub Same Day [SSD] Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects. You are a customer-obsessed leader who will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions and program initiatives. Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be essential. Key job responsibilities Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project. Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks. Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders. Travel up to 80%. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 3+ years of program or project management experience Travel up to 80% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
