Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate execution of projects across SpaceX, Data Center, and large cross-sell initiatives Track production status, material flow, and order progress across multiple active programs Manage day-to-day vendor coordination, including purchase orders, expediting, and delivery tracking Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility to internal stakeholders Support development and execution of stocking plans and inventory strategies Partner with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely order execution Identify and escalate risks related to supply chain, production, or scheduling constraints Ensure documentation, order requirements, and customer specifications are complete and accurate Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance execution consistency and efficiency

Qualifications:
