  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a greenfield aggregate operation with rail infrastructure in Troy, OK.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, disciplined project execution, and the leadership capability to coordinate diverse stakeholders while driving performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a substantial aggregate operation from the ground up.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large greenfield aggregate site and aggregate terminal from concept through commissioning + Own project scope, engineering design, construction execution, schedule, budget, and risk management while ensuring safety and environmental compliance + Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, contractors, and regulatory agencies + Drive contractor performance, procurement strategies, and on‑site construction activities + Transition the facility to operations, positioning for advancement into a future Plant Manager role upon successful completion •What Are We Looking For•+ Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering preferred; other disciplines considered with equivalent relevant experience + Demonstrated capability delivering complex engineering or construction projects in the Aggregates or Mining industries + Strong project leadership skills with the ability to align teams, manage risk, and deliver results + Proven financial, schedule, and contractor management competency on large‑scale projects + Effective communicator with a continuous improvement and safety‑first mindset + Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
AutoCAD, AggFlow, and QMS for Railroad track design experience preferred.
  • Work Environment
  • This role is based at a greenfield project site and involves regular interaction with construction teams, engineering partners, and operations leadership. The position requires the ability to work in both office and active site environments and may involve travel as project needs evolve.
