Job Description

Job Description A client is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure / Network Project Manager to lead large scale global IT initiatives focused on data center migration, infrastructure modernization, and technical debt reduction. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery across complex, multi year programs while partnering closely with PMO leadership, internal IT teams, and third party vendors. The role requires a strong balance of hands on infrastructure knowledge, disciplined project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. The environment is predominantly Agile, and the Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives across the IT landscape. Key Responsibilities -
  •  Lead end to end delivery of complex infrastructure programs, including: o Data center consolidation initiatives across 65+ locations, evaluating centralized vs.
colocation strategies o Global technical debt initiatives, including migration to a single enterprise Active Directory domain o Infrastructure and tech debt refresh programs o Large scale efforts to migrate managed and unmanaged domains into a single domain
  •  Manage 3-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring on time, on budget, and high quality delivery
  •  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
  •  Partner closely with PMO leadership, infrastructure, networking, security, and platform teams across the IT environment
  •  Coordinate with Project Managers from third party and outsourced service providers
  •  Apply Agile project management principles while flexing methodologies as needed based on project scope and complexity
  •  Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and cross team dependencies
  •  Provide clear, concise status updates and project communications to technical and executive stakeholders

  •  Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading enterprise scale IT or infrastructure initiatives
  •  Strong technical background in infrastructure and networking (not a purely functional PM)
  •  Hands on understanding of network architecture and connectivity, SAN configurations, firewalls, & security concepts
  •  Experience supporting Active Directory environments, including domain consolidation and migration efforts
  •  Cloud exposure including Azure, AWS, or GCP
  •  Ability to effectively engage with engineers, architects, and security teams on technical discussions
  •  PMP or equivalent
