Interco Division 10 (Texas) LLC has full-time Vice President of Project Management (U.S.) position in Katy, Texas. Duties include: Manage all construction project installation activities for multiple U.S. facilities, including operational management and oversight of Project Management department; Responsible for hiring and direction of operations management, project management, and installation roles; Work with Accounting and Sales & Estimating departments to deal with multiple subcontractors; Develop incentive plans and work with Sales & Estimating team regarding project bids and contract negotiation; Develop and manage relationships with key manufacturing partners; Provide strategic planning to ensure all projects are supplied and installed to cost-effectively comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements; Coordinate with President & CEO and other executives regarding implementation of key projects, bid strategies, long-term growth plans and sales activities. Quarterly travel to Canadian company headquarters. Bi-monthly travel to various company offices throughout the U.S.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Five years of experience.
