Job Description

Job Description 3D Mechanical Service Company is seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with our Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Assist with project documentation such as RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders to maintain organized records. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow on-site and in the office. Track project progress through documentation reviews and daily job reports. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience or internship in construction management, with a focus on plumbing or HVAC systems preferred. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook). Knowledge of construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, and other project scheduling tools. Strong understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and contract administration processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Basic knowledge of project management principles related to construction scheduling, contracts, and site logistics. Salary will be based upon experience.
